Linda Gail Lewis (USA)
Like her brother Jerry Lee Lewis, Rockabilly Hall of Fame member Linda Gail Lewis soaked up the sounds of hillbilly music and rhythm and blues in the rural areas of Louisiana. Linda Gail’s chief inspiration was Jerry Lee, but later she also tuned into the sounds of Brenda Lee, Patsy Cline, and Lavern Baker. Linda Gail Lewis’s official recording debut came when she performed as Jerry Lee’s duet partner on “Seasons of My Heart” for SUN in 1963. She recorded a full duet album with her brother in 1969. The Lewis duo’s album did so well it led to Linda Gail Lewis’s first solo album “The Two Sides of Linda Gail Lewis“. Over the next years, to this day, she toured the world constantly. Now finally at the Rockabilly Bombardment!

McKinley James (USA)
McKinley James is equal parts old soul and modern man. Armed with an electric guitar and sharp songwriting chops, he breathes new life into classic sounds with Working Class Blues, a debut album that introduces his mix of American rock & roll, amplified soul, and raw rhythm & blues. Crystal & Runnin’ Wild seduce with their quirky and eclectic universe — as modern as it is retro, as trashy as it is glamorous. Their wild repertoire pulls from jazz, blues, doowop, surf rock, country, and punk, creating a sound that’s impossible to pin down and even harder to resist.

The Tri-Gantics (A)
Rockin‘ Blues, Rock’n‘ Roll, whatever tag you have to put on it, it most certainly swings and rocks and rolls like there’s a party going on. Their impressive list of live shows spans already all over Europe. Following their 2018 7“ vinyl single, their first album “Roots´n´Fruits“ was released on Part Records. Their second album “Fingerlickin’“ was released on CD in March 2025, accompanied by a 2-track vinyl single. Whilst only recording their original songs, at their gigs, you’ll also hear some T-Bone Walker and Freddie King songs for good measure.
Here at the Bombardment they will do a special show presenting their new record with a line of international special guests to recreate the recorded sounds!
Rockin‘ Blues, Rock’n‘ Roll, in welche Schublade ihr es auch immer stecken möchtet, auf jeden Fall swingt und rockt und rollt es daß die Hütte kracht! The Nite Howlers (F)
French combo created in 2017 composed with well experimented musicians from the Rockin’ scene, and inspired by the genre of Rockabilly music from the late 50’s / early 60’s era with a powerful guitar and steady rhythm section. This band is mainly influenced by the music from that decade and artists such as Benny Joy, Carl Perkins, Ronnie Dawson, Charlie Feathers. They made their recording debut with a Single on Ruby Records in 2018. They have already been booked for some major rockin’ festivals such as The Rockin’ Race Jamboree in Spain Barcelona, Let’s Get Wild Festival in Germany & many more…A new single is out since October 2022 and 2 new records will be out by 2025.
Seit 2017 sind die Franzosen on the road, und haben schon 2018 ihre erste Single veröffentlicht. Einige Singles kamen danach, 2 davon in diesem Jahr. Sie wurden bereits auf zahlreichen Szene Festivals gebucht und sind zum Ersten Mal in Hohenems dabei!
I Belli di Waikiki (I)
…were born in 2000 inspired by Elvis‘ films where colorful Hawaiian shirts, lovely Hula dancers and enchanting tropical beaches framed the adventures of their idol. Using traditional musical instruments such as ukulele and the steel guitar, the four guys from Treviso begin to reproduce the classic sound of the Pacific islands by mixing traditional Hawaiian songs with rock’n’roll hula style. They play in various festivals and venues throughout Europe even at the the HUKILAU festival in Florida, and years later a he Tiki Oasis Festival in California. In 2007 their version of ALOHA OE was chosen for the soundtrack of the animated film SURF’S UP by Sony Pictures. In 2013, their version of ME ROCK A HULA was used for the commercial of the new SCUBA LIBRE watch. Now for the first time in Hohenems!

Runnin` Wild (B)
… started tearing up stages in the early 2000s, born from the shared love of raw rock’n’roll between singer-guitarist Patrick Ouchene (formerly of The Domino’s) and drummer Johnny Trash. Together, they crafted a wild, irreverent sound rooted in bop-infused rockabilly, laced with humor, swagger, and a touch of chaos. With Clark Kenis now holding down the upright bass, the band delivers high-energy performances that mix gritty vintage vibes with a playful, offbeat edge. Their songs balance two worlds — one voice sings about sex, the other about food — a signature contrast that makes their shows both fiery and fun. Backed by the legendary El Toro Records, Runnin’ Wild proudly embraces the roots of rockabilly while giving it a cheeky, modern twist.

Many come and many go, the Kentucky Boys are here to stay! Founded in 1989, and since 20 years touring as a trio, is known for their wild stage Show. With their classic Rockabilly line-up they manage to have a very diverse mix of styles, ranging from the classic sound to punk, indie, surf.
Viele kommen, viele gehen. Die Kentucky Boys bleiben!! Die 1989 gegründete Band, die seit über 20 Jahren als Trio durch Europa tingelt, ist bekannt für ihre wilde Bühnenshow, welche ihnen schon einige Club- und Festivalgigs, aber auch Radio- und Fernsehauftritte einbrachte. Als klassisches Rockabilly-Trio mit Kontrabass, Gitarre und Schlagzeug verstehen sie es ausgezeichnet, ihr Publikum zu begeistern. Mit Witz, guter Musik und spontanen Showeinlagen haben sie sich über die Jahre eine treue Fangemeinde erspielt, die sie mit einem Mix aus Eigenkompositionen, 50s/60s Sound, Rhythm & Blues, Country, Punkrock, Indie und Surf bedienen.
